Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης από τον πελάτη εφόσον αυτή γίνει 30 ημέρες πριν από την συμφωνημένη άφιξη ο ξενοδόχος ειναι υποχρεωμενος να επιστρέψει ολόκληρη την προκαταβολή ενώ αν η ακύρωση γίνει σε λιγότερες από 30 ημέρες ο πελάτης οφείλει στον ξενοδόχο το μισό του συνολικού ποσού της παραγγελίας που ακύρωσε.

Money Back Policy
1. In case of cancellation by the customer if it is made 30 days before the agreed arrival the hotelier is obliged to return the entire deposit and if the cancellation is made in less than 30 days the customer owes the hotelier half of the total amount of the canceled order.
2. In case of cancellation by the customer if it is made less than 7 days before the agreed arrival the hotelier is not obliged to return the deposit
